Turn around and Shipping
If your computer file is submitted by the end
of day friday according to our specifications
which include all pictures and fonts, your cards
will be ready the following friday. We don't estimate
delivery time by saying 5-7 or 3-5 days after
you receive a proof. We deliver friday to friday
every week, Count on It! (with the rare exception
of files not outputting properly), We assume the
file you sent us is what you want printed, if
the printing doesn't turn out like the file, we're
responsible for reprinting it. If you want to
change the file after it is submitted there is
a $15 charge if the file hasn't gone to print
i.e. must be revised by 10:00 a.m. Monday morning.
If the file has gone to print you are responsible
for the cost of the cards. PLEASE ENSURE YOUR
FILE IS CORRECT BEFORE SUBMITTING IT. As a courtesy
we will try to send you a pdf proof, however we
do not wait to receive your approval before proceeding
with the cards, we print the file you submitted.
Setup jobs. We aren't designers but can recommend
you to some good ones. If you have pictures that
need to be scanned and some type to set we can
do that for you at an additional charge. You must
submit your pictures by Wednesday. We will pdf
you a proof by Monday at noon. We are responsible
for setting the type the way you initially indicated.
If we make a mistake we reprint it, if you want
additional changes there is a $15 charge if the
file hasn't gone to print i.e. must be revised
by 10:00 a.m. Monday morning. If the file has
gone to print you are responsible for the cost
of the cards. PLEASE ENSURE YOUR COPY IS CORRECT
BEFORE SUBMITTING IT. As a courtesy we will to
send you a pdf proof, however if you don't submit
changes by 10:00 a.m. Monday, your cards will
be printed according the setup you requested.
If your cards are being shipped we try to ship
cards on Thursday so overnight orders are received
Friday. If cards aren't cut down on time Thursday
orders are shipped friday for monday delivery
on overnight orders. Standard shipping varies
from 1-5 days depending on where you are.
