We assume the file you are sending us
is what you want printed, if the printing doesn't
turn out like the file, we're responsible for
reprinting it. WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND YOU READ
OUR FILE SET UP PAGE TO ENSURE THE FILE HAS BEEN
SET UP PROPERLY FOR OFFSET PRINTING. If you want
to change the file after it is submitted there
is a $15 charge if the file hasn't gone to print
i.e. must be revised by 10:00 a.m. Monday morning.
If the file has gone to print you are responsible
for the cost of the cards. PLEASE ENSURE YOUR
FILE IS CORRECT BEFORE SUBMITTING IT. As a courtesy
we will try to send you a pdf proof, however we
do not wait to receive your approval before proceeding
with the cards, we print the file you submitted.
Files received after Friday but before end of
day monday are processed on a first come first
served basis as well and we will do our best to
include you on that weeks run but can not make
any guarantees. The above notes about ensure the
file you submitted is especially imperative then
as we may not have time to proof the card with
you and will not wait for approval before we print.
Submitting Files by FTP using

login as follows:

your file (s) with Type set to Binary
Note: Please use
original names for your file(s), e.g.,
companyname.sit
or companyname.eps
,etc.
Make sure fonts are "compressed"
prior to sending.
Please compress files for best results using pkzip
or stuffit.
